All firearm, optic and ammo sales are final. NO EXCEPTIONS

Our team is here to help you find the perfect firearm for your needs, so please make sure you are completely satisfied with your choice prior to starting any paperwork.

Once a firearm is purchased, it will be subject to a 20% restocking fee if returned prior to leaving the store. Firearms that have left the store are considered used and will be valued as such.

If your background results in a “decision pending”, you will have to wait for a final approval from FDLE before a refund can be issued. If FDLE gives you a “non-approval”, we can provide the forms needed to file for an appeal. However, in this instance a 20% restocking fee will still be applied. Be a responsible gun buyer, only you know your criminal background.

Bean Armory does not have a gunsmith on staff. If you are having an issue with a NEW firearm that was purchased here, we will make every reasonable and responsible effort to resolve the issue, however, all warranty work must be done through the manufacturer. All USED firearms are test fired and sold “as is”.

All other merchandise may be returned (unopened) with original receipt within 14 days.

90 Day Layaway Policy

Anything in our store can be put on layaway and paid for over a 90 day period. 

A non-refundable/non-transferrable 20% deposit (of total) is required to start a layaway.

A $10 fee will be assessed at 30 days.

A $15 fee will be assessed at 60 days.

If you contact us before your 90 day deadline wanting to cancel your layaway, all payments (excluding initial 20% deposit) will be refunded in the form of store credit.

If after 90 days, we have not heard from you or received payment in full, your layaway plan will be cancelled and items will be returned to inventory without refund.

NO EXTENTIONS OR EXCEPTIONS!
